Dearest Carolyn,

Thank you for being in our lives. We wish it could be longer and that we could get to know you better. From the time we first met you, we knew we wanted to have a friendship with you. The bike trip in France was so rich and you made it even richer with your fun-loving manner and your determination and guts. And Paris, thank you for doing so much organizing for us. Your enthusiasm was so contagious and it made the anticipation of the trip even more fun.

Please know that we will be there for Beth. We understand she may not want to ask for help, but you are family and so is she.

Thank you, Carolyn, for your joyful and loving presence on this earth. We'll miss you.
